I’m a bit tired of all the wellness and fitness influencers out here giving bad one-size-fits-all advice to the masses. There’s no shortage of Instagram or TikTok content coming from these “experts” who have no education backing their claims. A lot of them are quite young too and when their advice doesn’t work for you, you’re left feeling defeated by the idea of healthy living once again and you give it up altogether.
I’m not interested in the latest fitness or health trends.
I care about you and how you feel. You are a unique individual. You’re made up of all sorts of different layers from your health history and the sports you used to play (or didn’t) to the type of job you have and your access to food and equipment. There’s way more to your story and your personal health journey than what can be “solved” in a 30 second Instagram Reel.
So let’s do this the right way. Let’s build something that feels good. Let’s work together to create lasting change.
