As a lifelong dancer, I have always had a strong connection to music and movement. And as a former SoulCycle Instructor, I learned how to share my own passion and perseverance to help others reach their full potential. Combining both those aspects helped me to create a fitness class that truly connects mind and body. But in 2020 I realized I needed to deepen my understanding of health and wellness and began my journey as a health coach.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – gluten-free, Paleo, vegan, and everything in between.
